What Does a Day in Our VIP Afterschool Program Look Like?

Pick-Up

We have multiple marked buses and vans that will safely transport your child(ren) to our facility at the time of release.

Schools we pick up from:

Gwin Oak Elem., Brookwood Elem., Knight Elem., Arcado Elem., Camp Creek., R.D. Head Elem., Arcado Elem., Mountain Park Elem., Five Forks Tricum Middle School & Trickum Middle School.

Taekwondo Class

Each student participates in 3 taekwondo classes per week. We have set  aside a special class for our afterschool students so that they will be able to complete their taekwondo class prior to your arrival. 

Education

Not only do we assist our students with homework but we provide every student with their own workbook from the educational company, Brain Quest. They complete at least one page a day in order to keep their brain active. 

Reading Time

We encourage our students to read books due to its benefits of improving memory, increasing vocabulary, reducing stress, and enhancing creativity. We have bookshelves of books that are evaluated prior by us and assigned reading grade levels. 

Fun Activities

Within our afterschool room we have arts and crafts materials, various board games, and other interactive toys for our students to engage in.

We also utilize our taekwondo mat for team games and our projector for movies during special school days.

Important Notes: We follow the Gwinnett County School Calendar & we provide service during digital learning days.
